Introduction to the Client Business

Iraqisms is a professional bulk SMS gateway serving businesses, resellers, and developers across Iraq (Zain, Asiacell, Korek, and international routes). The client wanted a platform that removes customer interference with devices, offers fixed pricing, smart routing, Telegram/WhatsApp support, flexible billing (offline + postpaid), and USSD monitoring — plus a complete modern frontend reskin.

Client’s Requirements & Our Solutions

We implemented every point exactly as requested:

1. Admin-Only Device & SIM Management Only the admin can add Android devices and SIMs. Customers have no permission to add, view, or choose devices. Sending is fully automatic with admin-defined load balancing (you choose which SIM groups share traffic).
2. Fixed Per-SMS Pricing (No Plans) Removed all plan functionality. You set a fixed cost per SMS (global or per-SIM, e.g., $0.05). Every message sent via web or API deducts exactly that amount from the customer’s balance.
3. Prefix-Based Smart Routing Admin panel lets you define rules: Example: 75xxxxxxx → SIM1 on Device1 77xxxxxxx → SIM2 on Device1. Rules work together with load balancing.
4. Telegram & WhatsApp Sending Admin only adds accounts/sessions. Customers send via web/API exactly like normal SMS. Separate cost per message (set by you).
5. Offline Payments Customers upload proof of payment. Admin approves/rejects with notes. Multiple offline payments per user allowed.
6. Postpaid Functionality Mark any customer as postpaid. System auto-generates a monthly invoice. 5-day grace period → auto-suspend if unpaid.
7. USSD Balance Checking Admin can send USSD requests to any SIM. Operator reply SMS is automatically parsed and shown in the dashboard.
8. Complete Frontend Reskin Modern, clean, Arabic + English design. Fast, mobile-first, professional look.
